This article was updated July 19.

Vermont Business Magazine Vermont’s Economic Services Division has extended the 10-day timeline for 3SquaresVT replacement benefits due to the catastrophic flooding. Recipients now have until August 9 to submit replacement requests for food loss and can receive up to one month of their allotted 3SquaresVT benefit (verification of loss is no longer required).

With so many of our Vermont community members impacted by devastating flooding and power outages, many households have lost or are at high risk of losing food supplies.

Thousands of Vermonters rely on 3SquaresVT to put food on the table each month. Families and individuals who receive 3SquaresVT benefits and who have been impacted by the statewide flooding may qualify for 3SquaresVT replacement benefits.
