The Howard Center in Burlington recently honored 130 staff members for reaching milestone employment anniversaries of five years or more in 2023. Among the honorees were Peter Burns and Karen Hussey, who celebrated 40 years of service to the organization; Linda Quinn and Elaine Soto, 35 years; Chris Gillespie, Beth Holden, Shelly McGinnis, Cindy Phenix and Darlene Sherman, 30 years; and Deborah DeLadurantaye, Lenora Meyers-Nelson, Anne Paradiso and Prudence Trombly, 25 years.
"Our incredible team at Howard Center continues to exemplify unwavering dedication as they carry out our organization's mission and support our Vermont neighbors," said CEO Bob Bick. "I am proud to recognize their efforts and congratulate them for their pivotal role in weaving the threads of our community together."
The Howard Center serves children, adults, families and communities as the designated provider for mental health and developmental disability services and the preferred provider for substance use services in Chittenden County.
