RE/MAX North Professionals in Colchester, owned by Rich Gardner, Jason Lefebvre and David Parsons, was named 2022 Vermont Outstanding Brokerage of the Year for demonstrating first-rate service and remarkable commitment to the RE/MAX values throughout the year. One award is given per state in the Northeast region.
In addition, several RE/MAX North agents received individual honors:
- Darcy Handy of Elite Real Estate Partners and RE/MAX North Professionals was named recipient of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award for 2022. The award honors successful agents who have earned more than $1 million in commissions during their careers with the company. Fewer than 23% of all active RE/MAX agents have earned this honor since its inception.
- Lejla Merina of Elite Real Estate Partners and RE/MAX North Professionals was named 2022 Rookie of the Year. In her first year, Lejla has shown an unwavering commitment to her clients. Her dedications, talent and success has made her a top producer in Vermont.
- Bonnie Gridley and the Gridley Group as Vermont Top Team for contributions to Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. Gridley has consistently donated part of her commissions to the CMN Network, which helps hundreds of children in Vermont and northern New York get the medical help they need.
- Rich Gardner, Jay McCormack, Lauren Gaffney Cohen, Mikail Stein and Emily Biron were recognized as 2023 Torchbearers, a networking group of RE/MAX agents under the age of 40. Torchbearers comprise the top five agents under 40 in each state with the most annual real-estate transactions or highest gross commission income.
