Katherine Meyers, chief financial officer at VEIC in Winooski, has been elected to a three-year term on the board of trustees at Delta Dental Plan of Vermont, one of three Delta Dental plans doing business jointly as Northeast Delta Dental in Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont.
At VEIC, Meyers is responsible for overseeing the finance team in conducting essential day-to-day operations and managing all organizational financial planning and is also involved in long-term strategic planning.
Meyers is a graduate of Hamilton College in New York and holds a Master of Music from Boston University and an Advanced Accounting Professional Certificate from Champlain College. She serves as treasurer of the board of directors and chair of the finance committee for United Way of Northwest Vermont.
