NEK Council on Aging welcomes Jessica Bussiere as case manager

The Northeast Kingdom Council on Aging recently welcomed Jessica Bussiere, former personal care assistant at Aris Solutions in White River Junction, as case manager for the southern Caledonia County area. In her new role, Bussiere will support older and disabled adults who seek to live independently and age well.

“Jessica’s passion for assisting individuals to maximize their level of independence fits perfectly with our mission,” said Executive Director Meg Burmeister. “She brings diverse experience as a licensed nursing assistant, home care provider and personal care assistant working with a number of human service and medical professionals in our area.”

In her previous position at Aris Solutions, Bussiere was responsible for maintaining daily living standards by assisting clients with personal hygiene needs, administering medications and educating patients and families on daily health goals.

She holds both a bachelor's degree in human service and an MBA in nonprofit management from Springfield College.
