Marcie B Gowen-Nobley, former residential loan administrator at Woodsville Guaranty Savings Bank, has been hired as senior residential loan originator at Union Bank of Vermont and New Hampshire's Lincoln, NH, office.

During her tenure at Woodville Guaranty, Gowen-Nobley was recognized by the New Hampshire Housing association as a Top 5 Participating Loan Originator every year since 2018. She is a graduate of Plymouth State University and a member of the board of directors at Voices Against Violence.
