Kevin J Manahan of St Albans, a recently retired partner at the accounting firm AM Peisch & Company, has been appointed to the board of directors at Peoples Trust Company.

Manahan, a certified public accountant, is a graduate of the University of Vermont. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Vermont Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Manahan has worked extensively with many community members in Northern Vermont to provide generational business transfer planning, income tax, retirement and estate planning. He is active in the local community, having served on numerous boards and civic organizations.
