DEW Construction announces promotions, new hire

Commercial construction services firm DEW Construction recently announced the promotions of Sara Bosworth, Karl Bahrenburg, Jim Kimball and Michael Deshais, and the hiring of Kyle Leblanc.

Bosworth, Bahrenburg and Kimball, who were promoted to senior project manager, will oversee the planning and implementation of DEW's more complex projects — from preconstruction through construction — while serving as mentors to the company's project management staff. The three veteran employees have a combined 75 years' experience in the construction industry.

Deshais, who was promoted to assistant superintendent, has most recently been assisting in the supervision of DEW's Bellows Falls Garage multifamily housing project with the Windham & Windsor Housing Trust. He will manage the field operations with the team, including coordination of trades, safety, schedule review, first pass cost and change control, and quality control.

LeBlanc joins DEW as an IT support specialist and will work with the company's IT director to provide daily technical assistance for computers, software, cell phones and printing, and aiding with daily IT tasks and projects. He is a graduate of Champlain College.
