Erin Barry-Fenton, former administrator at the Loretto Home in Rutland, has joined Gifford Health Care as director of Strode Independent Living, a 49-unit apartment complex for seniors 62 and older at Morgan Orchards Senior Living Community in Randolph Center.
The new position marks a return to Gifford for Barry-Fenton, who served as case manager and social worker at Menig Nursing Home from 2010 to 2014.
“I have always thought highly of the care Gifford provides the community,” Barry-Fenton said. “I am excited to be working with the Strode staff to ensure high-quality care for our residents.”
In joining the Strode team, Barry-Fenton assumes management of the day-to-day operations, overseeing staff as well as building and property maintenance. She will also work closely on resident engagement and communications.
