- Amanda Bosley (St Albans), consumer loan officer, to assistant vice president.
- Lisa Patch (Morrisville), commercial loan administrative manager, to assistant vice president.
- Lawuo Cummings (St Johnsbury), senior accountant, to assistant vice president, accounting and finance.
