Primmer Piper Eggleston & Cramer announced that Molly N Bucci, Jeremy S Grant and Ryan M Long were elected shareholders of the firm, effective Jan 1.
“We are excited to welcome these three outstanding attorneys into our group of shareholders. Each has built great relationships with their clients and colleagues and grown their reputations as accomplished and successful professionals,” said Gary Franklin, managing director of the firm.
Bucci joined the firm’s estate planning group in 2018, with over 20 years of legal experience in helping individuals and families achieve their estate planning objectives. She also provides counsel to both fiduciaries and beneficiaries in all aspects of trust, probate and estate administration.
Grant joined Primmer in 2017. His practice focuses on health care law; employment and labor law; environmental law; and intellectual property. As an experienced litigator, Grant has a successful track record of representing employers in federal and state courts as well as before administrative tribunals.
Long came to Vermont and the firm in 2018 after several years of practice at a large firm in New York. He focuses primarily on creditor-side bankruptcy and restructuring as well as commercial, administrative and regulatory litigation.
