Leslie Delhaie, former vice president and senior project manager in IT business advisory and strategy at WSFS Bank, has joined Community National Bank as executive vice president and chief operating and innovation officer. Delhaie will also serve as vice president of Community Bancorp.
Delhaie brings over 30 years of banking and consulting experience to her new position. As a member of the bank’s executive team, she will be responsible for overseeing information technology, loan operations and retail banking.
“Leslie will be our first chief operating and innovation officer,” CEO and President Kathy Austin said. “We look forward to working with her to bring new innovation and organizational efficiencies to the bank. Ultimately, this will help us compete in the ever-changing financial landscape.”
