Community National Bank recently announced the promotion of Sarah Chadburn to assistant vice president and commercial loan officer.
Chadburn started her career at Community National as a teller 13 years ago. She transferred to the commercial credit department in 2012, where she grew her commercial credit and lending knowledge. During this time, Chadburn was the bank’s portfolio manager and provided lending to its many municipalities, which she still does today. In 2021, she was promoted to commercial loan officer.
Chadburn is a graduate of Champlain College, the Northern New England School of Banking and the Risk Management Association Commercial Lending School. She serves as president of Newport City Downtown Development and of the Vermont chapter of the Risk Management Association.
