South Burlington-based ReArch Company recently welcomed Lillie Bleau as human resources manager. In this position, Bleau works closely with ReArch hiring managers to attract, motivate and retain top talent. She spearheads recruitment, hiring, employee onboarding, benefits administration and payroll processing.
Bleau brings nearly 10 years of human resources management experience and an extensive background in office management. She joins ReArch from a local nonprofit antipoverty agency, where she was responsible for company onboarding, recruiting systems, managing HR and payroll records, supporting bill processing, employee benefits and administrative tasks related to staffing.
Bleau graduated from the University of Vermont with a bachelor's degree in business administration, with a concentration in human resources management. She recently completed the SHRM Learning System course at Vermont Technical College and became SHRM-CP-certified in 2019.
