Community National Bank has announced the promotion of Financial Reporting Officer and Asset Liability Manager Nikole Brainard to assistant vice president and finance manager.
Brainard began her banking career in 1995 as a teller at Community National's Derby office. She joined the finance team in 2012. During her banking career, Brainard has earned the certified teller designation, general banking diploma and bank operations diploma from The Center for Financial Training and Education Alliance.
She holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Southern New Hampshire University, where she is now pursuing an MBA in finance.
Brainard chairs the board of Derby Elementary School, is a member of the North Country Supervisory Union Board and serves as treasurer for the Band Booster Club at North Country Union High School.
