The construction management firm ReArch Company in South Burlington recently welcomed four new employees to its growing team. They are project engineers Austin Hart and Sarah LeClair, estimator Justin Palker and preconstruction manager Ben Buglovsky.
Hart brings nearly a decade of construction industry experience to the ReArch team. He spent the past five years working as a civil engineer at Mott MacDonald in Boston, where he was responsible for overseeing multiple large-scale projects.
LeClair joins ReArch with a prior skillset in estimating and subcontractor bidding. In her previous position at a local contractor, she worked closely with local and state housing, education and government departments.
Palker has over 10 years’ experience in the construction industry. Before joining ReArch, he worked as a carpenter, estimator and lead estimator.
Buglovsky has over a decade of design and project-management experience in architecture and construction. Before joining ReArch, he worked as lead designer and project architect for the Princeton-based firm KSS Architects.
