Nikol Ware has been promoted from assistant branch manager to branch relationship manager at Bar Harbor Bank & Trust’s two branches in Randolph. In her new role, she leads teams of banking professionals to provide solutions and guidance to help individuals, families and businesses in the community meet their financial goals.
Ware joined the bank in 2021. Prior to that, she held payroll and accounting roles for organizations including Washington County Mental Health, Batchelder Associates CPA, Green Mountain Pipeline Services, and Visiting Nurses & Hospice of Vermont and New Hampshire. She holds an associate degree in business technology and management from Vermont Technical College.
