Lisa Noble, former director of employer partnerships and emerging pathways at Colby College, has been named associate dean of career development and field work term at Bennington College.
Noble's track record of building partnerships both within institutions and with external partners makes her an ideal fit for this position, where she will not only lead her respective office but also serve as a resource for other leaders across the college. She recently received the Ernest C. Marriner Distinguished Service Award from the Colby Alumni Council, making her the first nongraduate of the college to earn that distinction.
Noble is a graduate of the University of Virginia and holds a master's degree in innovation from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University.
