Passumpsic Bank announces promotion of three employees

Passumpsic Bank, a community bank that serves the Northeast Kingdom, central Vermont and New Hampshire’s North Country, has announced the promotion of three employees: Mary Cote, to senior vice president and senior retail banking and operations officer; Daphne Bullock, to assistant vice president and trust administrative officer/assistant treasurer of Passumpsic Financial Advisors, a division of Passumpsic Bank; and Angela “Anjo” Roy, to assistant treasurer and investment analyst.

Cote, a 26-year employee, is assuming oversight of Passumpsic’s retail banking, operations and customer support areas. She began her career as a teller and since that time has held a number of positions in both the retail and loan areas of the bank, including branch supervisor, branch manager, business banking officer and most recently, commercial banker. She has completed both the Northern New England School of Banking and the New England School of Financial Studies as well as various leadership-development programs.

Bullock, a three-year employee in the bank’s financial investment division, currently manages the operations function of fiduciary services, managing trusts, settling estates, tax processing and working with clients and beneficiaries, accountants and attorneys to address all client needs. She hold the Cannon Trust School ICB designation of certified trust and fiduciary adviser.

Roy, who has worked at Passumpsic for four and a half years, is responsible for assisting the chief investment officer in the management of PFA’s stocks and bond portfolios; research analysis of publicly traded companies for stock selection; securities trading; and economic research. She recently earned a master’s degree in science in finance.
