Leonine Public Affairs, a government affairs, strategic communications and research firm based in Montpelier, announced that Vice President of Government Relations Dylan Zwicky will become a partner.
Zwicky started at Leonine as a government relations associate in 2015 and was named vice president of government relations in 2019. Prior to joining the firm, he was clean energy associate at the Vermont Public Interest Research Group.
“I’m excited to become a partner at the preeminent government relations and strategic communications firm in Vermont,” Zwicky said. “We will continue doing what Leonine does best: helping our clients navigate complex challenges and communicating effectively with decision-makers and the public.”

Since its founding in 1987, Leonine Public Affairs (formerly KSE Partners) has been growing steadily. The firm now with more than 30 full- and part-time employees and partners in Montpelier; Minneapolis; Portland, ME; and Washington, DC.
