ReArch Company, a construction-management firm in South Burlington, announced the hiring of Heather Fontaine as project engineer and the promotion of Phil Biondo from estimator to senior estimator.
In her new role, Fontaine will be responsible for contract administration, submittal review, document control and assisting project managers with change management. She has more than a decade of experience in the construction industry.
Biondo, a five-year veteran at ReArch, will have responsibility for estimating the firm's large-scale and highly technical projects. He will work in tandem with President Bert DeLaBruere to produce estimates that represent ReArch’s cost-value services.
