Sue Bette, owner of Bluebird Barbecue in Burlington, has been named as one of the most influential restaurant executives in the country by the foodservice industry publication Nation’s Restaurant News.
Bette, who has been a fierce and tireless advocate for securing COVID-19 relief aid for independent restaurants, was recognized as the 12th most influential executive among the 98-person field of honorees.
As owner of the Bluebird, Bette is involved in crafting the company culture, shaping the design and artistic direction of the restaurant, and innovating for future growth opportunities.
