The New England-based law firm Primmer Piper Eggleston and Cramer has announced that attorneys Brendan O'Brien and Ryan Gadapee are now shareholders of the firm.
O'Brien has been with the firm for six years, focused primarily on commercial and insurance litigation. He represents clients in premises liability, products liability, professional liability, insurance coverage, complex tort, employment, and general commercial disputes.
Gadapee joined the firm's captive insurance practice group in 2017 and represents clients in regulatory, legislative, transactional and general corporate matters. He primarily represents domestic and international insurers and reinsurers, including captives, reciprocals and risk retention groups.
