Attorney Andrea O Wright has joined the northern New England law firm Downs Rachlin Martin PLLC. Andrea joined the firm’s Labor and Employment Group in Brattleboro, Vermont in February. Andrea Wright comes to DRM after having worked at a large wholesale grocer, first in their Tax Department and most recently as In-House Counsel in their Labor and Employment division. She investigated and responded to EEOC and state law discrimination charges, regularly worked with HR and management on day-to-day employment issues, and participated in the negotiation of labor agreements and arbitrations. Prior to that, Andrea worked as an attorney in Peru at a “Big 4” consulting firm.
