The VNA & Hospice of the Southwest Region (VNAHSR) has named Marc Miele the Community Liaison for Bennington and Rutland Counties. Marc will focus on building and growing the agency by developing solid referral relationships and building collaborative partnerships with other healthcare organizations. Marc will play a key role in the agency’s efforts to support referring partners and their patients.
Marc joined the agency in 2015 as the Marketing Coordinator and also serves as a Hospice Volunteer. A strong community advocate, Marc has served as a volunteer reader for Everybody Wins. He currently serves on the Board of Directors at the Housing Trust of Rutland County and recently completed his board service with United Way of Rutland County. Marc has also served on the Rutland County Parent Child Center Board of Directors. In 2018 he was the recipient of the PEG TV Romeo award for his role as producer of the VNA & Hospice of the Southwest Region’s monthly public access show, The Homecare Connection.
