The Vermont Center for Emerging Technologies (VCET) announced the promotion of Phoebe Lo to Director of Operations and Culture, a role in which she will continue to build community support for entrepreneurs throughout Vermont. Since starting as VCET’s Operations Coordinator in September 2017, Lo has expanded membership to over 190 members across both Burlington and Middlebury locations, spearheaded visual design, internal events, and built and launched the ScaleHere program.
“Phoebe is an invaluable asset to VCET, our members, and innovation partners across Vermont,” said David Bradbury, President of VCET. “Her positive energy, creativity, and inclusivity is contagious. Phoebe is a huge part of what makes VCET the place that Vermont’s entrepreneurs want to call home.”
Lo took on the role of Director of Operations and Culture beginning October 1st. She is a 2013 graduate of the University of Vermont where she studied Studio Art. In her free time, Phoebe volunteers at Bayada Hospice.
