UVMMC Rehabilitation Therapy department news

The University of Vermont Medical Center is pleased to announce that Kelly Hollingworth has accepted the role of Occupational Clinical Lead at our Inpatient Rehabilitation unit at the Fanny Allen Campus. Kelly graduated from University of New Hampshire in 2014 with her Master’s in Occupational Therapy. She has been a Staff Occupational Therapist on Rehab for over 4 years and is now ready to expand her role to take on more formal leadership and mentoring role. Kelly is beginning to transition and orient into her new role, but will gradually be taking on Clinical lead responsibilities over the next several months, as she is currently a clinical Instructor to a level II OT student.

The University of Vermont Medical Center is also pleased to announce that Annette Litchfield is joining the UVM Medical Center Rehabilitation Therapy team as a Therapy Support Specialist beginning 9/23/2019. Annette will be working out of our Rehabilitation Therapy Center at the Fanny Allen Campus. Annette has over 7 years of experience in health care. She joins us from South Burlington Family Medicine where she served as Patient Service Specialist. Annette’s experience in scheduling, check in and management of referrals will be a tremendous asset to the Rehab Therapy Center and to the organization. Please join me in welcoming Annette to the Rehab Therapies Department.

Finally, The University of Vermont Medical Center is also pleased to announce that Ariel Boll has accepted the position of staff physical therapist at the Rehabilitation Therapy Center at the Fanny Allen Campus. Ariel comes to UVM Medical Center from Spaulding Hospital for Continuing Medical Care in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Ariel has worked in acute care, acute rehab, long term acute care, outpatient, home care and aquatic therapy settings throughout her career. She has worked with patients with oncology, neurological and complex medical needs. She was certified in lymphedema management in 2016 and is excited to expand her skills in this area.
