Twincraft Skincare, Vermont’s premier custom contract manufacturer of natural bar soap and liquid skincare products, is pleased to announce the recent hire of Cindy Bernier as Winooski Plant Manager. Bernier brings over 30 years of diverse manufacturing experience to Twincraft. In her previous role at Superior Technical Ceramics, Bernier oversaw a staff of 100 employees, coordinated research and development projects, and exercised superior supply chain management. She raised on-time delivery rates from 75% to 99% and acquired necessary state funds to enhance departmental cross training, ensuring continuous manufacturing flow and aiding in succession planning.
As Plant Manager, Bernier will be responsible for driving optimal financial performance through Twincraft’s bar soap manufacturing facility. Her leadership, resource optimization, and production management skills coupled with her artisanal manufacturing experience will be a positive addition to the organization in a time of growth.
Bernier holds degrees in Management (BS) from the University of Phoenix and Manufacturing Technology (AAS) from the Community College of Vermont. She is a member of the Delta Mu Delta International High Honor Society of Business and currently sits on the board of the STEM Challenge Initiative of Vermont, a nonprofit organization that supports and promotes opportunities in STEM for children in Franklin and Grand Isle counties.
