Community Bank NA is pleased to announce the promotion of Crystal Gaudet to branch supervisor of its Northfield location. In her new role, Gaudet will oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring every customer receives the highest level of service. She will manage the effective delivery of the branch’s sales and service activities to ensure operational efficiency and integrity through adherence to policies and procedures.
“We’re excited that Crystal has accepted this key position within the bank,” Community Bank NA District Manager Matt Villemaire said. “Having spent most of her career at various positions in-branch, Crystal has a unique customer service perspective which makes her the perfect fit to lead the Northfield team. I expect her leadership to drive the continued success of the branch.”
Gaudet has been with Community Bank NA since 2015 when the bank merged with Merchants Bank. She served as customer service representative in the Barre and Northfield branches for six years and most recently was branch assistant in Northfield.
Gaudet is active in her community as a financial literacy advocate with Northfield Senior Center and Central Vermont Adult Basic Education in Barre and Montpelier. She resides in Barre with her husband, Dennis.
