Pathways Vermont welcomes four members to Board of Directors

Pathways Vermont announced today that Brenda Frank, Janet Sisson, Tim Wall, and Jedediah Popp joined the Pathways Vermont Board of Directors. “We are delighted Brenda, Janet, Tim and Jed will be able to bring their unique experiences and expertise to our Board of Directors," said Pathways Board Chair Maura Collins. "We have worked hard to thoughtfully grow and diversify the Pathways board to build upon the strength of the organization. Having them join us now, as we undertake a Strategic Planning process, is invaluable.”

Brenda K. Frank has been President and CEO of Yankee Farm Credit, has been employed by the Association since September 2016. Her 27 years of experience in agriculture commenced with managing the family farm in Minnesota. Subsequently, at Syngenta, she worked in sales and IT. At Cargill, she managed marketing and agronomy. For 10 years prior to joining Yankee Farm Credit, she directed Farm Credit Canada’s Western Provinces commercial lending and point-of-sale functions, as well as worked closely with the Board of Directors to create long-term business strategy and develop enterprise risk management and corporate planning processes.

Janet A. Sisson is a graduate of Siena College in Loudonville, New York with a B.B.A. in Accounting. Upon graduation, she worked as a Certified Public Accountant in both the audit and tax departments of KPMG LLP in Albany, New York for many years. Janet has previously served as Treasurer of the Board of Directors for several not-for-profit organizations.

Tim Wall is an accomplished digital media entrepreneur, start-up advisor, and environmentalist. His experience ranges from AdTech to eCommerce. Tim and his wife moved to Vermont in 2016 and started Three Chimney Farm in Charlotte.

Jedediah Popp works for Health Care and Rehabilitation Services in Brattleboro, Vermont. He is a previous recipient of Pathways services, having graduated from the program in 2017. Jedediah is in long term recovery from heroin addiction and uses his lived experience to assist and be involved in many programs, resources, and projects in the Brattleboro community
