Tom Bazzano of OneDigital Health and Benefits has recently been promoted to Benefits Consultant. Tom has worked at OneDigital since 2016 as a Market Analyst. He worked closely with clients on projects including monthly financial and utilization data reporting, quoting efforts, and strategic modeling. He also oversaw the data analytics efforts of the office while streamlining different processes and deliverables to add value to his clients.
In his new role, Tom will be responsible for developing sophisticated benefit strategies and drive the deployment of solutions to address complex client issues. This includes pre-renewal strategy, RFP distribution, actionable data analysis, HRIS software and industry benchmarking. Tom will also be working closely with his team to further increase the efficiency and operations of the Market Analysis department.
