Dillan Pierce of White River Junction, VT has been awarded the Accredited Adviser in Insurance (AAI™) designation and diploma by The Institutes Risk and Insurance Knowledge Group (formally known as the Insurance Institute of America) after completing courses and examinations on insurance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Pierce successfully completed the 30 week course, which included a combination of web meetings, weekly assignments, in person meetings and tests that covered the full insurance spectrum. Pierce has been a commercial lines producer in Kinney Pike’s White River Junction office since 2017. “Professional development is very important here at Kinney Pike, as it helps our agents provide better service to the insurance-buying public,” said Doug Corman, one of three Kinney Pike Insurance Principals.
