Bodin joins CBI in Brattleboro

Kristi Bodin has become a member of Country Business, Inc (CBI), New England’s largest business broker and merger and acquisition firm. She brings ten years of manufacturing management experience and twenty years of legal expertise to the firm. Her manufacturing background includes materials management and production control for companies involved in metal cutting tools, time recording and building management systems, and consumer health products. Her law practice focused on business law and business transactions where she has guided dozens of privately held companies through the process of purchasing and selling a business. She is skilled in strategic analysis, business planning and management.

Additional activities include serving as an Assistant Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and Assistant Town Counsel for several communities. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Franklin County Community Development Corporations, a Town Meeting member in Montague, and an active member and President Elect of the Amherst Rotary Club.
