King Street Center warmly welcomes Joe Ruggles as its new Teen Program Director. Ruggles joins the leadership staff after serving at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Atlanta and Tenacity in Boston for several years. This University of Vermont graduate and Colchester native will manage King Street Center's Teen Program including year-round academic support, enrichment, athletics, job training, daily meals, and mentoring. King Street Center's Teen Program for middle and high school youth complements its Head Start Early Education Toddler and Preschool classrooms as well as afterschool and summer opportunities for kids in K-5th grade.
