Kevin Endres, current past president, of the Colchester-Milton Rotary Club presented Todd Burgess with the 2018 Rotarian of the Year award at the annual change over dinner at the Hampton Inn on June 28th. The award went to the Rotarian who made the biggest contribution to the success of the Club this year. Todd Burgess was willing to take on the difficult job of re-organizing the club's accounting activities so that the board could have clear and concise monthly reports at every board meeting.
