Jayne Straight has joined Bar Harbor Bank & Trust as Branch Relationship Manager for the Bethel/Royalton branch located at 1583 VT Route 107 in Royalton. In this position, Jayne will lead the branch team in providing a high level of service to customers, helping them simplify their financial lives and achieve their personal goals. Having worked in the industry for more than 15 years, Jayne is an experienced banking professional with vast financial knowledge. She started her banking career in 2003 as a Customer Service Associate II at Chittenden Bank in Woodstock, Vermont. Transferring to Peoples United Bank in 2008, Jayne held several positions of increasing responsibility over the next six years, rising to the position of Senior Financial Service Associate. Prior to joining Bar Harbor Bank & Trust Jayne was a Personal Banker II at Mascoma Savings Bank.

A resident of Bethel, Jayne is a graduate of Woodstock Union High School. In her community, she is a new member of the White River Valley Chamber of Commerce, as well as being a member of the Bethel Historical Society. When not at work, Jayne enjoys doing stained glass, caning chairs, exploring the New England back roads with her husband, Ray, and just spending time with her friends and family.
