Eileen Bearor, AAI, CIIP, CISR of The Richards Group in Middlebury, Vermont was recently awarded Client Service Professional of the Year at the Annual Region 1 Conference of the International Association of Insurance Professionals. Eileen’s local IAIP Chapter is Champlain Valley Association of Insurance Professionals. She is a Commercial Lines Account Manager. Eileen received her award from Region 1 Vice President Mary Corvaia at the conference in Portsmouth, NH.
The Client Service Professional of the Year Award recognizes excellence among those whose primary responsibility is in a service capacity with internal and/or external customers. Among the criteria considered in conferring the award are the candidate’s participation in association activities, involvement in the insurance industry, education programs, industry experience, current career position, activities undertaken in the community, and response to an industry related essay question.
The International Association of Insurance Professionals was officially organized in 1940 and is an association of insurance professionals dedicated to the development of leaders in the insurance industry. The national organization has 225 local associations throughout the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. The association is best known for providing insurance education, skills enhancement, and leadership development to its members.
