Mr Hall is a member of the Energy + Environment, Litigation, and Property + Development teams at Paul Frank + Collins. His practice encompasses civil trial, regulatory, and appellate litigation with a special concentration in the areas of land use, environmental, real estate, and construction law. Attorney Hall has represented clients before the Vermont Supreme Court, the US Circuit Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the US Supreme Court.
