Worcester joins The Bank of Bennington

The Bank of Bennington recently announced that Karen Worcester has joined the bank as Manager of their newest branch at 143 Woodstock Avenue in Rutland. Worcester joins The Bank of Bennington with nearly thirty-years of banking experience. She started her career as a teller for Vermont National and was most recently an Assistant Branch Manager for Berkshire Bank in Rutland.

Worcester has completed numerous bank related courses and is a 2006 graduate from the New England School of Banking. She is active with the Rutland Chamber of Commerce, is a volunteer for Meals on Wheels in Rutland, and has volunteered for the Everybody Wins program at the Rutland Intermediate School. Her banking experience includes branch supervision, residential lending, and business development.
