Hall Communications Radio Group names Senior Vice President Dan Dubonnet to oversee northeast stations

President Arthur J Rowbotham and Chairman of the Board Bonnie Hall Rowbotham are pleased to announce that Senior Vice President Dan Dubonnet will assume additional responsibilities for Hall Communications, following the passing of Executive Vice President Bill Baldwin, earlier this past month. "Dan has been with Hall Communications for 31 years as manager of the Burlington, Vermont cluster; WOKO, WKOL, WJOY, WIZN and WBTZ,” said Hall Communications President Arthur Rowbotham. “Dan will retain those duties in addition to his new responsibilities, which include oversight of the eleven Hall Communications Northeast stations in Providence, Rhode Island; Norwich-New London Connecticut and Lancaster-York Pennsylvania."

I look forward to continuing that mission while growing our company.” Dubonnet began his career with Hall Communications in 1985 in Burlington, Vermont as Program Director and mid-day announcer of WQCR (now WOKO). Dubonnet was named Station Manager in 1989 and in 2006, he was named Senior Vice President & General Manager for Hall-Burlington.

Dubonnet has served on numerous boards including the Burlington Business Association, Champlain College Internship Programs, Children's Miracle Network, The Vermont Children's Advisory Council and the Vermont Association of Broadcasters. Dan is a legislative liaison for Vermont Broadcasters with the NAB and in 2013 he was inducted into the Vermont Association of Broadcasters Hall of Fame. Dubonnet lives in Starksboro, Vermont where he serves as Town Moderator. He and his wife Alice have two children, Kate and Andrew.
