Theresa Ferrara, REALTOR, ABR, SRS. Theresa Ferrara offers nearly 10 years’ experience in Vermont real estate. She believes attentive listening skills, analysis, and a commitment to maintaining high standards through professional development are essential to helping her clients achieve success in today’s property market. Prior to real estate, Theresa worked in human resources for Ben & Jerry’s and Seventh Generation. Her experience recruiting and retaining employee has been beneficial, particularly working with clients who are moving to the area for a new career. As a REALTOR, she achieved the Accredited Buyer Representative and Seller Representative Specialist certifications to better assist buyers and sellers. Heather Scott, REALTOR. A lifelong resident of Franklin County, Heather started her career in the family business, Champlain Door. As an Administrator, she worked alongside my role model (and father). After many years in the construction field, Heather realized how much she enjoyed connecting directly with clients and finding solutions for their needs. She joined Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman Realty because the Firm mirrors her personal values for “doing the right thing” and providing exceptional service to clients. Cecile Provost, REALTOR. With 34 years' experience in management and leadership positions, Cecile has a reputation of being a strong and fair manager with excellent negotiation & communication skills. She has led successful teams based on principles of hard work and empowering all with the tools needed to complete any task. After years of living in different states and countries while serving in the Air Force, she returned to the Green Mountains. Purchasing her first home at 23, she felt rooted in the community & provided stability for her son. Emily Aloi, Rental & Relocation Specialist. Growing up in a 4th generation Burlington area family, Emily Aloi embodies what Greater Burlington Vermont is best known for – it’s entrepreneurial spirit, vibrancy, creative energy, and passion to work hard and play harder. After graduating from South Burlington High School, Emily attended Roger Williams in Rhode Island. Upon returning home to the Green Mountains, she held a successful career in real estate in an Administrative role and later as a Buyer/Listing Specialist working with top Agents in Chittenden County. She’s been recognized by her colleagues and clients for her knowledge of the market, prompt attention, and commitment to hard work.
