BlackRock Construction recently broke ground on a state of the art office building at Meadowlands Business Park in South Burlington. The completed two-story building will boast modern architecture and 18,590 sf. The site includes an additional "build-to-suit" two-story, 12,000 sf office building. When the project is complete, there will be two buildings with a total of 30,000 sf.
BlackRock is proud to partner with several local businesses who have helped make this project a reality, including future tenants BlackRock Construction and Keller Williams Vermont, TruexCullins, Artisan Engineering, Civil Engineering Associates, Kirick Engineering, Thomas Mechanical, New England Federal Credit Union, and several investors.
The office building is scheduled for an early 2017 completion date.
