Jeffrey D. McKee, Psy.D. has been promoted to the position of Vice President of Community & Behavioral Health Services at Rutland Regional Medical Center. He has served as Director of Psychiatric Services since 2006. In this new role, he is responsible for the overall direction, leadership and operational management of community and behavioral health services, including: Psychiatric Services Inpatient Unit, Rutland Regional Behavioral Health, and West Ridge Center, Social Work Department, Community Health Team, and the Bowse Health Trust. McKee will play a key role in developing services within the hospital and community that address the psychological, emotional, and social barriers to heath.
McKee is a licensed Psychologist who completed his Doctor of Psychology and Master of Science in Clinical Psychology at Indiana State University. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Castleton University. Since joining the hospital he has overseen substantial growth of behavioral health programs including the construction of a 6-bed psychiatric ICU and the opening of the West Ridge Center which provides services to patients with opiate addiction. McKee is a native of Rutland.
