College of St. Joseph has announced the promotions of Judy Frazier to Vice President for Human Resources and James Lambert to Associate Vice President for Marketing and External Affairs.
Frazier previously served as Associate Vice President of External Affairs, starting work at the college in 2012. As Vice President for Human Resources, she will focus her attention on enhancing employee engagement and performance reviews, a well as human resources policies and employee relations. She is also the Title IX coordinator at CSJ.
Frazier received her bachelor of arts in marketing from Concordia University, in St. Paul, Minnesota and her MS in organizational leadership & management from Antioch University NE in Keene, NH.
Lambert previously served CSJ as Director of Communications, starting work at the College in 2012. In his new role, he will continue to oversee public relations, management of CSJ web properties, and facilitate the production of print and electronic collateral. In addition, he will be responsible for communication and collaboration with external organizations, as well as rentals and public utilization of campus facilities.
Lambert holds a bachelor of arts in journalism from SUNY Plattsburgh, an MSIT from Marlboro College and is currently an MBA candidate at College of St. Joseph.
