The law firm of Kenlan, Schwiebert, Facey & Goss, P.C. announces that it has changed its name to Facey Goss & McPhee P.C. The change, in part, recognizes the contributions of Rodney E. McPhee to the Firm’s practice over the past 27 years and as a shareholder/partner for the last 18 years. Mr. McPhee serves as the Chair of the Firm’s Litigation Practice Group. While a majority of his practice is devoted to insurance defense work, he also represents plaintiffs in serious personal injury claims and has a diverse law practice which includes, title insurance defense, attorney malpractice defense, product liability defense, dram shop litigation, construction liability, insurance coverage, general tort liability, automobile liability, land use litigation, commercial foreclosures, credit rights litigation, complex business litigation and he also serves as mediator in many areas. Mr. McPhee lives in Rutland Town with his wife Nicole and their two children.
