AllEarth Renewables, the award winning Vermont-based solar tracker manufacturer, has announced the hiring of Dar Gibson to lead its operations and maintenance team.
Gibson, of Williston, Vt., comes to the job with extensive technical and field experience around the world.
He previously worked as an operator of the anaerobic digester for Vermont Technical College, as senior wind technician for Iberdrola at the Penescal Wind Farm in Texas, and held several positions supporting scientific research operations from Greenland to Antarctica before joining AllEarth Renewables. From his scientific work at the earth's poles, he's seen first-hand the impacts of climate change, which led him to AllEarth to help address the global challenge.

Gibson has a bachelor of arts in physical geography and geology from the University of Montana and received a masters certificate in digester operations from Vermont Technical College.
