RSG’s David Grover recently passed the Professional Engineer Exam. This
professional licensure exemplifies his expertise in traffic operations,
transportation planning and design.
David, based out of RSG’s Burlington office, received his MS in Civil &
Environmental Engineering from the University of Vermont in 2014 and has
seven years of civil and transportation planning, engineering, and design
experience. Most recently, David has contributed to a range of projects
including scoping studies for Dartmouth College and the City of Burlington, a
bicycle plan for the Vermont state highway system, advanced microsimulation
modeling for traffic capacity analyses, as well as sidewalk studies
throughout Vermont.
