Andrew J. Kestner has joined the law firm Langrock Sperry & Wool, LLP as an associate in the Burlington office, working primarily in the area of family law and probate litigation. He also handles family law appeals and professional responsibility matters. Andy has extensive experience negotiating and preparing prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, as well as complex marital separation agreements.
Prior to joining the firm, Andy was a senior associate at a boutique practice in Boston, where he focused primarily on complex, high net worth and high-profile family law and estate matters. Andy has twice been named a Rising Star byBoston Magazine’s Super Lawyers edition and New England Super Lawyers in the field of Family Law for 2014 and 2015.
Following law school, he served as law clerk to the Chief Justice of the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court, and he is a graduate of Villanova University School of Law (J.D. 2005) (Moot Court Board); and Union College (B.A., with honors, 2002). Andy is a member of the Vermont Bar Association and Chittenden County Bar Association.
Originally from upstate New York, Andy resides in Burlington with his fiancée.
