Community National Bank and Community Bancorp. Chairperson, President and Chief Executive Officer Stephen P. Marsh proudly announced the appointment of Patrick M. Malone to the Board of Directors of Community Bancorp. and Community National Bank. Mr. Malone was nominated and appointed to the Boards on Tuesday, September 22, 2015, to fill a vacant position created by the resignation of Boards Member Peter Murphy. Patrick was appointed to fill Peter Murphy’s current term ending as of the 2016 Community Bancorp. Annual Shareholders’ meeting when he will stand for election by the shareholders.
Patrick is the Owner and Manager of Malone Properties where he has gained extensive knowledge and experience with renovating, rehabilitating and managing industrial, commercial and office properties. Previously, Malone owned and operated Windshield World and Woodbury Auto Sales. Patrick is a graduate of Montpelier High School and attended Vermont Technical College and UVM. He currently holds a private pilot’s license, as well as a helicopter pilot’s license. Patrick’s hobbies include recreational flying, deep sea fishing and stewardship of his 250-acre farm where he currently resides in Calais.
