Williston business owner recognized as ambassador by national company

Allison Bransfield Morse, founder of the Williston based Ayurvedic Center of Vermont, was recently recognized as an Ambassador to Banyan Botanicals, an Albuquerque, New Mexico based company specializing in the use of herbs that are certified organic, sustainably sourced and fairly traded. They offer the largest selection of USDA certified organic Ayurvedic herbs and a complete line of herbal tablets and massage oils.

The Ambassador Program was established to unite experts in the field of Ayurveda, forming a passionate community dedicated to educating, inspiring and motivating people to achieve health and well-being. Ms. Morse joins nine other thought leaders from around the country that provide guidance and expertise in the industry.

Allison Bransfield Morse is an Ayurvedic Lifestyle Counselor and Panchakarma Specialist, with 15 years of experience. Allison Bransfield Morse is an Ayurvedic Practitioner with 15 years of experience and specializes in Panchakarma. She spent 5 full time years at The Ayurvedic Institute, in Albuquerque, New Mexico, under the direct guidance of Dr. Vasant Lad. She completed two years of study before embarking on a four year clinical apprenticeship in The Ayurvedic Institute’s Panchakarma clinic. In 2005, she joined Dr. Lad in Pune, India for advanced clinical studies. In 2006 she founded The Ayurvedic Center of Vermont and over the past 15 years has guided clients from around the world in Ayurvedic therapies. Allison is an Ambassador for Banyan Botanicals and a NAMA certified practitioner. She currently serves on a committee for NAMA that is standardizing Ayurvedic treatments in the United States.
